In 2004, Jitpisut Paint Partnership was founded with a registered capital of 1 million baht. The company’s objective was to operate as a painting contractor, construction contractor, and renovation service provider. We began with small-scale projects, delivering work that met both consumer needs and client requirements. Through strong rapport and collaboration with our clients, our work became increasingly efficient and well-accepted, earning consistently positive feedback.

In 2006, Jitpisut Construction Co., Ltd. was established and was selected by Bangkok Commercial Asset Management Public Company Limited — the first state enterprise specializing in real estate management. We were entrusted as a design and construction consultant, providing guidance in marketing and financial planning as well. The collaboration achieved outstanding success and strengthened long-term confidence in our expertise.

In 2009, the company increased its registered capital to 30 million baht in order to undertake government projects, which require fully paid-up capital as part of their qualifications. With the growing trust from both public and private sectors — often involving high-value projects — the capital increase served as a guarantee of the company’s capability, compliance, and adherence to professional standards.

In 2013, Mr. Jitpisut Wongsnirucha received an award from GM Magazine, recognizing him as one of the top successful entrepreneurs in the home and garden design industry.

In 2017, a joint venture was established with fellow under the name Krit88 Co., Ltd. The aim was to raise capital to expand the business into a fully integrated operation and to advance technological development within the company.

In 2021, the company received a design award from Kuhlmann International/Gratia Thailand, an event that brings together architects from around the world as well as leading Thai companies. We were also ranked by TopRankThailand, reflecting our high standards and internationally recognized craftsmanship at a global level.

In 2022, we became widely recognized as a leader in aesthetically refined and high-standard structural construction. We also gained strong acceptance from investors by delivering fast-paced construction with reduced costs, effectively meeting their needs and expectations.

In 2024, Mr. Jitpisut Wongsnirucha, the founder of the company, envisioned future innovations and business opportunities. He therefore planned to take Jitpisut Group into the MAI (Market for Alternative Investment) to further expand the business, strengthen growth, and develop into a fully integrated enterprise.

In 2025, Jitpisut Group developed its Business Plan, expanding into multiple sectors, including Business Services, Nursing Homes, Beauty Clinics, consumer products for leading retail stores across Thailand, herbal product exports, as well as Cool Storage and space-for-rent services.

In 2026, the Company seeks an opportunity from investors by offering its shares for subscription in order to fund the IPO through an initial registered capital of 50 million baht, to enhance liquidity for upcoming investment projects, and to prepare for listing on the MAI (Market for Alternative Investment) in 2028.
