Objective:
To promote the responsible and efficient use of natural resources through systematic resource management, including the reduction and proper disposal of waste, electronic waste, and other residual materials. The Company aims to enhance energy efficiency, encourage the use of renewable energy, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions intensity—covering both direct and indirect emissions—to support long-term environmental sustainability.

Community and Social Development Policy

     The Company recognizes the importance of contributing to community and social development, particularly through our employees, who are one of the most valuable resources driving the organization toward sustainable growth and long-term success. We are committed to continuously supporting and improving the well-being of society and local communities by establishing clear social policies and operational guidelines as follows:

  1. Conduct business with good corporate governance, respect for human rights, and fair labor practices.

  2. Enhance and develop employee capabilities to strengthen knowledge, skills, and innovation—supporting new approaches in sales and service to accommodate the Company’s growth.
    The Company ensures that compensation and benefits remain competitive and appropriate through regular industry benchmarking, while maintaining organizational practices in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Environmental Management Policy and Guidelines

     The Company recognizes its duties and responsibilities toward the environment and society, and is committed to enhancing the effectiveness of its social contribution and management practices. These efforts cover the Company’s operations and service activities. The Company has therefore established the following environmental and social policies and guidelines:

  1. Strict compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements relating to labor, consumers, and relevant stakeholders.
  2. Promotion and cultivation of social awareness among youth, with emphasis on education quality, transportation infrastructure, and disaster relief, which the Company considers to be of significant importance.
  3. Continuous development and improvement of the Company’s resource management systems and operational practices, including on-site support in areas affected by social or environmental impacts.
  4. Support for procurement and assistance initiatives for schools, temples, and disaster-affected communities, delivered in an effective and socially responsible manner.
