The company provides comprehensive design and construction services and has earned recognition both domestically and internationally. This is our core business, generating 70% of our total revenue. We design both exterior and interior architecture and continue to develop innovations that enable faster construction.
With a vision to become a leader in service and technology in the future, the company aims to deliver fully integrated “turnkey” solutions — starting from understanding the customers’ needs all the way through to project completion.

The Company focuses on long-term advisory services and investments, with strong emphasis on its co-investors and a service-oriented approach. Targeted businesses include a portfolio of 17 four-star hotels, senior living residences, driver applications, portable electric vehicle chargers, cosmetics businesses, pool villa developments, and warehouse and cold storage leasing. These projects are planned as extensions of the Company’s 22 years of industry experience.
